Arch. Gene Go is a passionate advocate for architecture and entrepreneurship, dedicated to elevating professional practice and redefining what is possible through design. A visionary architect and pioneering project development consultant, he has built a distinguished career marked by innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
An alumnus of the University of Santo Tomas, Gene has established himself as a dynamic leader in the industry. As Senior Managing Partner of GSN+p Architecture Studio—an award-winning firm he co-founded in 1995—he has shaped some of the country’s most recognizable landmarks. His diverse portfolio spans flagship restaurants for global brands such as McDonald’s, UCC Coffee, and Omakase; innovative corporate offices for clients including Coca-Cola, Hewlett-Packard, and Altaire; and acclaimed hospitality destinations like Hotel H2O and Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay.
Beyond architectural practice, Gene is a dedicated industry influencer and community builder. He is co-founder and director of UCC Coffee Philippines, a passionate lecturer, and the driving force behind the Passive Design Sustainability Conference held in 2016 and 2018. His leadership extends to key roles in organizations such as Entrepreneurs’ Organization and BNI Philippines, where he champions entrepreneurial growth, professional development, and business collaboration.
From 2019 to 2022, he served as an Adjunct Professor at Enderun Colleges, sharing his expertise in hotel planning and sustainable design to inspire the next generation of architects and designers. Currently, he leads significant development initiatives as Project Administrator for a major foreign-funded project in Bicol, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to sustainable progress and industry excellence.

Arch. Ronald Soriano
Co-Founder and Senior Partner
Arch. Ronald Soriano is a design innovator and materials specialist known for blending precision and artistry in every project. As Co-Founder and Senior Partner at GSN+p, he plays a pivotal role in shaping refined, functional spaces across the hospitality, commercial, and corporate sectors.
A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, he began his career at Lor Calma & Associates, where he developed expertise in architectural and interior design detailing. As the firm’s lead in international sourcing of materials, he has built an extensive network of suppliers to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to each project. He also specializes in brand marketing identity development, ensuring that each design reinforces the client’s vision and market presence. His in-depth knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and finishes guarantees that every space reflects GSN+p’s commitment to elegance, practicality, and uncompromising quality.
Arch. Albert Nepomuceno
Co-Founder and Senior Partner
Arch. Albert Nepomuceno is a driving force behind GSN+p’s vision, innovation, and technical excellence. A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas (Class of 1987), he developed his global perspective as a Senior Architect at GROUP 70 International in Honolulu. He further honed his expertise in technical detailing and construction management as a Project Architect with CCCastro International.
In 1992, he co-founded ARQUITECTURA Nepomuceno Bate, followed by GSN+p Architecture Studio in 1995.
His proficiency in design technology, visualization, and project execution continues to shape the firm’s commitment to creating impactful, contemporary architecture. Through strategic leadership and hands-on expertise, Arch. Nepomuceno ensures that every project achieves a balance of innovation, functionality, and enduring value.
Idr. Vincent Soterus G. Bate
Senior Partner
Idr. Vincent Soterus G. Bate, known as “Sir Blue,” is a visionary interior designer shaping environments that inspire and perform. A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas and an active member of the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID), he has cultivated an impressive portfolio of retail, dining, and hospitality interiors.
His work includes spaces for leading brands such as Speedo, UCC Café, Mamou, and Kimono Ken. Renowned for maximizing space, optimizing budgets, and elevating user experience, he consistently delivers designs that exceed client expectations in both function and aesthetics.
